About The Position

As a Coordinator with Paul Davis, you will play a crucial role in tracking the progress of jobs from inspection and estimate approval through to job completion. Your responsibilities will include obtaining all required documentation from colleagues and ensuring it is directed to the appropriate locations. You will work closely with Paul Davis corporate to expedite reviews and approvals, field calls from customers and team members to build rapport, and oversee both office administrative and compliance operations. Additionally, you will handle new job intake by fielding calls and serving as a helpful resource, problem-solving to assist others, and contributing to community improvement by serving those in need. This position also offers the opportunity to learn about construction and building homes while being part of a fun and growing business.
