About The Position

This role is for an experienced restoration operations leader with strong team management and operational expertise in the property damage restoration industry. SERVPRO Team JRF helps homes and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty cleaning events across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We’re a growing, multi-location team that cares about doing excellent work, supporting our people, and serving our communities when they need us most. As Restoration Operations Manager, you will: Lead day-to-day field operations for our Salem, MA and Manchester, NH locations Support and develop production teams to deliver high-quality work and excellent customer experiences Partner with the GM on staffing, training, and workload planning across both sites Ensure vehicles, equipment, and supplies are maintained, compliant, and ready to deploy Help keep the team storm-ready and support large-loss and emergency response when needed Use job management tools and metrics to drive efficiency, job profitability, and customer satisfaction If you have a proven track record leading restoration operations and enjoy balancing people, process, and performance, you’ll be a strong match for this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management in property damage restoration/mitigation (water, fire, mold, and/or reconstruction) with a restoration contractor or franchise such as SERVPRO, ServiceMaster, Belfor, Paul Davis, ATI, PuroClean, BluSky or similar
  • 3+ years leading restoration field teams in a supervisory or management capacity, including responsibility for scheduling, performance, safety, and quality
  • IICRC WRT (ASD and advanced tracks are a plus; support available to obtain/maintain)
  • Experience with job management systems (DryBook or similar), Xactimate, and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable record and comfort traveling regularly between MA and NH locations
