Do you actually enjoy helping people when things go wrong? When a pipe bursts at 2:00 AM or a kitchen catches fire, most people panic. We don’t. We’re the team that shows up to stabilize the situation and start putting lives back together. We’re looking for someone who isn't afraid of hard work, doesn't mind getting dirty, and actually cares about doing a job right. If you’re dependable, can handle a on-call schedule, and want a job where you aren't stuck behind a desk, this is for you. You’ll be the "boots on the ground" on every job. You’ll be working under a Crew Chief to get homes and businesses back to normal. Load the trucks, prep the gear, and get the right supplies to the job site. You’ll be extracting water, removing damaged drywall, cleaning up soot/fire damage, and setting up drying equipment. You’ll follow the SERVPRO® playbook to make sure the job meets industry standards. We don't leave a mess. You’ll make sure the job site is cleaner when you leave than when you arrived. You’ll help keep our trucks and warehouse organized and our equipment ready for the next emergency. You’ll stay in constant contact with your Crew Chief and the rest of the team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
