Requirements

3+ years of operations/project management experience (restoration or construction preferred).
1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
Ability to balance office leadership with hands-on field oversight.
Strong working knowledge of Xactimate for estimating restoration and construction projects.
Comfort with the physical demands of job sites (occasional lifting, ladders, PPE).

Nice To Haves

Industry certifications (IICRC, WRT, ASD, etc.) — a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing a talented team of restoration professionals.
Overseeing all aspects of restoration projects from initial call to final walk-through.
Responding quickly to new leads, scoping jobs, creating and reviewing estimates, and winning approvals.
Scheduling crews, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently.
Monitoring budgets, job costing, and project profitability.
Communicating clearly with customers, clients, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
Driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence every day.
Recruiting, training, and coaching team members for growth and success.
