About The Position

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Restoration General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks related to restoration projects, including cleanup, demolition, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physical tasks, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleanup and debris removal at restoration sites, including water, fire, and mold damage.
• Perform demolition work, including tearing out damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and fixtures.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and debris using hand tools, wheelbarrows, and other equipment.
• Sort and dispose of materials and debris according to company procedures and environmental regulations.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of restoration sites, including erecting barricades, tarps, and containment barriers.
• Operate hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, and hammers, safely and effectively.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned by restoration managers or supervisors.
