The Restoration Estimator is the position that helps bring clarity and direction when properties have been impacted by unexpected damage. You’ll work closely with our Restoration Project Managers, field teams, clients, and insurance adjusters to assess damage and develop accurate, competitive estimates for restoration and reconstruction work. From water losses and fire damage to mold remediation and building envelope issues, you’ll help transform complex situations into clear scopes of work that allow projects to move forward efficiently. Responsibilities

Inspect and assess property damage caused by water, fire, mold, dry rot, or other disasters
Document site conditions through photos, notes, and detailed damage reports
Prepare accurate restoration estimates and scopes of work using industry-standard tools
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure estimates align with real-world production
Work with insurance adjusters and clients to review project scope and documentation
Participate in competitive bid opportunities and negotiated restoration projects
Conduct site visits to verify conditions and identify potential project risks
Maintain organized documentation for estimates, project files, and insurance requirements
Support projects from initial damage assessment through reconstruction planning
