Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
• Clean background and driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available Mon–Fri (7:30 AM–4 PM) + flexible for after-hours/on-call

Responsibilities

• Mold Remediation: Safely remove mold from residential and commercial properties
• Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning: Improve indoor air quality
• Water Damage Restoration: Respond to emergency calls and assist with cleanup
• Crawlspace Solutions: Install moisture control systems
• Light Demolition & Cleanup: Use industrial tools (vacuums, saws, drills)
