Requirements

IICRC Certification is required.
A valid driver’s license with a clean record and a high school diploma/GED.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help) and navigate ladders/confined spaces.
Comfortable working with cleaning agents and occasionally around biohazards/pathogens.

Nice To Haves

Construction or demolition experience
Ability to back a trailer

Responsibilities

Lead the Frontline: Manage the restoration of residential and commercial properties to pre-loss condition.
Logistics & Prep: Inventory and load work vehicles; set up staging areas and equipment for maximum efficiency.
Communication: Act as the bridge between management and technicians to ensure seamless project execution.
Quality Control: Maintain a clean, orderly job site and perform final walk-throughs to ensure SERVPRO standards are met.
Adaptability: Work effectively in various environments, including crawl spaces, attics, and uncontrolled climates.
