About The Position

The Restoration Contents Technician will be a key member of the contents department crew, responsible for carefully handling and restoring customers' possessions affected by fire, water, or smoke damage. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others during challenging times. The position involves continuous improvement practices to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. The technician will demonstrate skill in structural and content cleaning techniques, manage the contents warehouse, and ensure quality control at job sites. The role also emphasizes excellent customer service and teamwork, fostering positive relationships with other departments.
