Requirements

• Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
• Proficient with a variety of current technology
• Xactimate estimating proficient
• Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
• Sound planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Serve your community when it needs it the most
• Effectively manage projects, people and documentation through completion, on time and on budget
• Xactimate, Symbility & T&M Estimating and selling of new jobs/leads and updating systems with daily notes and relevant information
• Communicate with clients and adjusters the scope and expectations for rebuild
• Job walks and inspections with adjusters, tradesman, and homeowners
• Social marketing events and working with the sales team to procure work
• Celebrate the completion of projects with homeowners, grateful to be back in their homes and businesses, along with your Project Managers and office team members
• Build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form
