About The Position

We are looking for a Branch Manager. This position is responsible for coordination and control of branch production operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and profitable operations. This includes ultimate responsibility for branch marketing, sales, and services provided by all branch divisions for customers, and for the supervision of the Project Manager staff and Operations staff. Full compensation range is $100,000 - 150,000.00!

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Previous Restoration Experience Required
  • Previous production, sales, and management experience
  • Previous project management experience is highly desired.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel out of town
  • Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
  • Pass background check and drug screen.
  • Education: College degree (four year degree in Business Management is highly desired).

Responsibilities

  • The Branch Manager is responsible for the coordination and control of branch production operations, ensuring efficient, safe and profitable operations.
  • Monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
  • Ensures all customers are satisfied with all services performed and assists Customer Service and Marketing to efficiently resolve all customer complaints.
  • Personally maintain contacts with past customers, also contact prospective customers to increase our business, and supervises Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure they do the same.
  • Ensures the necessary equipment is assigned and available to each project.
  • Ensure all employees are scheduled efficiently and assigned to customer project based on customer needs and employee capabilities.
  • Ensure the safety of all assigned employees by continuously promoting safety, by maintaining all physical plant and equipment for safety, through enforcement of the company’s written safety program, and by conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings with production personnel.
  • Together with the Regional Director of Operations, ensure variable expenses such as labor and supplies to meet budgeted target percentages.
  • Establish weekly production goals for each Service Division. Provide weekly performance metrics to the Regional Director of Operations for each division.
