About The Position
Miracle Method Surface Refinishing is hiring Restoration & Repair Technicians for surface refinishing, cabinet painting, and cabinet refacing work in both residential and commercial settings . This is a full-time skilled trade position offering paid training , weekly pay , and weekly performance bonuses . Requirements
- Willingness to learn and follow proven systems
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred in: Cabinet painting or cabinet refinishing
- Surface refinishing
- Spray painting or coatings
- Construction, maintenance, or auto body
- Willingness to travel is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Surface refinishing of bathtubs, showers, tile, countertops, and bathroom surfaces
- Kitchen cabinet painting, cabinet refinishing, and cabinet refacing
- Spray painting and coating application using professional equipment
- Surface preparation including masking, sanding, cleaning, patching, and repairs
- Residential and commercial restoration and repair work
- Work performed in homes, apartments, hotels, senior living, healthcare, and commercial facilities
- Maintain Miracle Method quality standards, tools, equipment, and company vehicles
