The right candidate is a proactive problem-solver who works well independently and with diverse teams, especially in high-pressure environments like emergency response, construction sites, and restoration projects. This role is crucial to ensuring operational excellence on project sites across New Mexico. You’ll oversee daily tasks, manage labor teams, enforce safety standards, and deliver results that meet the company’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with manual and power tools and construction equipment.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions and during weekends, nights, or holidays.
Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
Comfortable following detailed oral and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction industries.
Knowledge of OSHA and IICRC standards.
Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., OSHA 10, WTR, ASD, FSRT, etc.).

Responsibilities

Be ready to mobilize immediately to potential loss sites.
Lead temporary labor teams with confidence and clarity.
Enforce safety standards and OSHA/EPA regulations.
Prepare job sites, tools, and materials daily; maintain site cleanliness and safety.
Accurately track labor, materials, and equipment usage.
Conduct quality control checks and document progress.
Collaborate with project managers and communicate challenges in real time.
Follow all Mooring Safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Utilize internal systems for time tracking and reporting.
