We are looking for a self-starter Field service technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive satisfaction by routine performed maintenance while providing technical support within the Marks Organization McDonald's restaurants. Travel between three McDonald's restaurants in Henderson, Lafayette, & Port Barre, La. The Technician must possess the ability to trouble-shoot and work to resolve issues with the least amount of disruption to daily service in the restaurant, maximizing customer retention to increases profitability.
