About The Position

This position is for a Restaurant Team Member who will provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean restaurant environment, preparing and serving food according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations, and ensuring product quality and food safety standards are met. The role also involves keeping accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records, following all government laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports. Qualifications include excellent communication skills, the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, integrity, a positive attitude, and a focus on achieving results. The role requires various physical activities such as bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting. The work environment involves exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures, and working around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises.

• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead

• Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy
