Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs to provide a seamless experience.
Accurately take and deliver orders with efficiency and care.
Handle transactions while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Keep your workspace clean and organized.
Continuously look for ways to enhance the guest experience without being prompted.
Serve guests at the front counter and serve guests inside and outside in the Drive Thru
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food that meets Chick-fil-A's exacting standards.
Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment.
Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
Anticipate what's needed to ensure smooth operations and stay one step ahead.
Engage with guests, anticipating their needs and providing assistance without being asked.
Ensure the dining room remains clean, welcoming, safe, and fully stocked.
Refresh beverages and offer additional support to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and promptly handle trash removal.
