About The Position

The Restaurant Team Member position at Circle K involves providing excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner, maintaining a clean restaurant environment through general housekeeping, and preparing and serving food items in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations. Key responsibilities include ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards, as well as keeping accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records. Team members are expected to follow all government laws and safety codes, complete incident reports, and embody the Company's values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. Requirements

• Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead

• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
• Follows all government laws and safety codes
• Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy
