As a Team Member at sneakybird, you play a key role in delivering a high -quality guest experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing food, taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a positive and energetic attitude
• Take accurate orders and process transactions efficiently
• Prepare food according to sneakybird standards
• Maintain speed and accuracy during high -volume periods
• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Upsell menu items (drinks, cookies, sauces, etc.) to enhance the guest experience
• Assist teammates and contribute to a strong team environment
