About The Position

We are seeking friendly and self-motivated individuals for our Restaurant Support Staff position, which includes server and buffet assistant duties. This role is part-time with the potential for full-time hours during the summer.

Responsibilities

Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, including removing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware.
Preparing tables for new guests by arranging utensils, napkins, condiments, and glassware.
Refilling beverages like water, coffee, and tea, and maintaining beverage stations.
Supporting end-of-day clean-up tasks such as emptying trash, sanitizing menus, and restocking service areas.
Responding to guest requests and communicating complaints or special needs to management.
Assisting with event setups and rearranging tables and chairs for larger groups.
Restocking and replenishing food and beverage items to keep the buffet well-stocked.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, including utensils and serving dishes.
Assisting guests with inquiries or special requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
Monitoring food levels and reporting needs to the chef.
Setting up and breaking down the buffet as required.
