The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B. College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience

Responsibilities

Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections
Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.
