Requirements

  • Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage supervisory experience preferred.
  • Previous bartending experience and knowledge of food and beverage operations, including staffing, equipment, and guest relations.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including guest requests and banquet event orders.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and diplomacy.
  • Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts in restaurant and kitchen areas.
  • Proficient knife skills and ability to perform prep work with dexterity.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all front- and back-of-house roles, including server, cashier, and expeditor as needed.
  • Supervise staff and oversee department operations in the manager’s absence.
  • Support ongoing training to uphold service and brand standards.
  • Monitor food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation across all areas.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control payroll and equipment costs.
  • Interact with guests to promote services and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Utilize POS systems for accurate billing, revenue tracking, and service efficiency.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and support hotel policies and procedures.
