This is a seasonal role on Mackinac Island, beginning in early April and continuing through October. Housing is available at $10/day. We are seeking a passionate and guest focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food in the dining outlets, which includes occasional private events and banquets. Will also be responsible for setting up the dining room, taking and placing customers’ orders, carrying trays, serving food and beverages, greeting guests, and cleaning and clearing tables. May supervise up to fifty (50) Servers.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume food and beverage operation at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
