About The Position

The Restaurant Supervisor oversees all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. They train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of restaurant supervisor experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of team development, service excellence, and operational success.
  • Knowledge of restaurant financials, inventory systems, and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • SERV Safe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
  • Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
