Why This Role Matters We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor who understands just how powerful great hospitality can be. By supporting the front-of-house staff, guiding the flow of the dining room, and championing high standards, you play a key part in transforming everyday meals into standout moments. What You’ll Do Maintain a high level of positive and professional interaction with employees, coworkers and guests. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures. Maintain professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards. Lead and support front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members to uphold service standards Oversee daily floor operations, including table assignments, pacing, and guest flow Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and address concerns promptly and professionally Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring all checklists are completed accurately Maintain a visible presence on the floor to guide staff, assist during peak times, and model exceptional hospitality Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain communication and service accuracy Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages Handle cash-out procedures, reconcile receipts, and follow company cash-handling policies Help implement and reinforce company policies, service standards, and operational procedures Participate in pre-shift meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Step into service roles as needed to support the team and maintain smooth operations Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client and guest information. Other duties as assigned are consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property.
