We are currently hiring for Food & Beverage Supervisor About Marriott, Westlake Marriott Dallas Fort Worth Westlake combines modern style with comfort and convenience in the heart of Westlake, Texas. Ideally located near corporate offices, shopping, attractions, and the Texas Motor Speedway, our hotel serves both business and leisure travelers. Guests enjoy well-appointed rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool, elevated dining at SGR Solana Great Room, and Lavazza coffee to-go. With versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces and exceptional service, our hotel delivers memorable experiences—and a rewarding place to build your hospitality career. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations and ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all food and beverage experiences

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage within a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Understand food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
  • Can effectively support scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage.
  • Have experience monitoring service quality, resolving guest concerns, and driving guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate well with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Are comfortable assisting with inventory control, ordering, and cost-awareness.
  • Support training, onboarding, and performance development of food and beverage associates.
  • Hold valid Food Handler and TABC certifications (or are able to obtain them prior to starting).
  • Bring professionalism, leadership presence, and a guest-first mindset to every shift.
  • Have a hands-on leadership style and enjoy supporting teams during service.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet hotel food and beverage environment.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with guests, associates, and leadership.
  • Remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented during high-volume periods.
  • Take pride in maintaining service standards, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Are flexible and dependable, with availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
