About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our restaurant as a Restaurant Supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently, and work well as a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to work fluently in English.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps.
  • Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift/move/maneuver at least 40 lbs.
  • Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training, and any additional job specific safety training.
  • Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff.
  • Directly managing staff while having direct interaction with customers.
  • Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures.
  • Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Conduct a physical audit of inventory and product.
  • Research and perform reconciliations.
  • Support and participate in monthly inventory processes, including counting, tracking, and reconciling discrepancies
  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).
