Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of service flow and beverage cost control
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • A true team player with a passion for hospitality

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Toast and open table is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and energize front of house teams, restaurant, lounge, and banquet teams in PDR
  • Ensure top-quality food, presentation, and service every time
  • Train and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Support scheduling, coaching, and team performance
  • Keep communication strong across all levels
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
