POSITION OVERVIEW: The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for planning and supervising the dining arrangements at the hotel. The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the food and beverage operations to provide good quality service, food and beverage presentation and guest experience. This industry functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Regular attendance in accordance with company standards is essential for success in this position.
