About The Position

We are seeking a professional individual who wants to assist the Food and Beverage Outlet Managers and Assistants in daily operations. Our goal is to grow sales and build repeat guest through guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Management experience required
• Restaurant experience required
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Must be able to work in a team
• Perform duties quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to stand entire shift
• Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, lifting and walking.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Simple arithmetic

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of food handling
• Supervisory experience
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations
• Managing operations such as; floor plans, sequence of service, budgets
• Scheduling keep payroll in line and working within a budget
• Placing orders and maintaining stock
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees by greeting them with a smile and positive attitude while responding quickly and efficiently to their requests.
