About The Position

Elevate the dining experience as our TS Steakhouse Supervisor, where exceptional service and culinary excellence come together. This role oversees daily operations of the TS Steakhouse, ensuring seamless service, adherence to the highest quality standards, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This Supervisor will lead by example, fostering a culture of hospitality, precision, and professionalism. From managing staff and addressing guest needs to upholding operational efficiency, all while delivering an unforgettable fine dining experience.

Requirements

  • A four-year degree in Food & Beverage management, hospitality management or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage Operations.
  • A minimum of 3 years previous Food & Beverage Supervisory experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • At least 5 years fine dining experience.
  • Computer skills using Microsoft Office products and Reservations systems.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Works effectively with the Restaurant Manager to provide overall management and maintenance of service levels for the assigned restaurant.
  • Networks with other departments as necessary to ensure effective operation of the restaurant.
  • Ensures that all employees within the assigned area are properly trained in the performance of their job duties.
  • Monitors and enforces compliance with all departmental procedures and controls.
  • Ensures that all areas of the restaurant are properly staffed during meal periods and in accordance with business volume.
  • Ensures all employee performance reviews are completed in a timely manner and ensures accurate content and consistency of performance feedback.
  • Ensures proper sanitation procedures are in place and maintained at established levels.
  • Ensures all equipment, furniture and fixtures are maintained in clean, working order.
  • Ensures all guests are seated and served in a timely fashion and staff consistently demonstrates warm, friendly, efficient and courteous guest service.
  • Consistently provides thorough training for service staff and establishes accountability for maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Ensures fine dining techniques are practiced at all times within the restaurant.
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge in wine selection and ensures the wine list is in keeping with the menu and recent trends.
