Requirements

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to delegate and manage manpower effectively.
• Professional communication skills with guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift's operations in the restaurant and liaise with kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
• Supervise restaurant associates including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Create and implement promotions and displays to attract guests.
• Ensure legal compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Maximize bar profitability through portion control and monitoring charges.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards.
• Investigate and resolve guest inquiries and complaints.
• Update cash management systems and prepare reports.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
