The Restaurant Supervisor/Expert is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations within an Arkansas state park, lodge, or other government-managed food service facility. This position ensures exceptional guest experiences, adherence to state food safety regulations, and the efficient management of restaurant staff, inventory, and service quality.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe assignment of supervisory duties is determined by the hiring agency's operational needs.
