About The Position

The position involves supervising staff, ensuring they are trained and scheduled effectively to meet the daily operational needs of the restaurant. The supervisor will ensure that associates have the necessary tools to perform their jobs efficiently. Active communication with the back of the house is essential for smooth restaurant operations. The supervisor will also be responsible for reporting any safety or health concerns and assisting guests with their questions, concerns, or needs. Additionally, the supervisor may assist in any area of the restaurant as required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative.
  • Ability to effectively supervise associates.
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
  • Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.
