About The Position

The Restaurant Store Leader is responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant, ensuring financial performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves building a strong team that engages with the local community, managing profit and loss, and creating a positive environment for both guests and staff. The leader will implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive sales while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of restaurant management experience, with responsibility for restaurant profit and loss.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certified or approved equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and retain a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire restaurant operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing.
• Manage restaurant profit & loss to optimize sales and profit, analyzing COGS and taking corrective action if necessary.
• Prepare financial and sales forecasts and budgets, reviewing financial reports regularly for variances.
• Ensure guest service meets or exceeds company standards and address customer complaints promptly.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop the store management team and hourly crew members.
• Conduct formal employee performance appraisals and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure proper staffing to drive sales volumes and prepare crew members' schedules accordingly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
• Work with the franchise corporate marketing team to develop and implement marketing promotions and activities.
