To ensure the upkeep of the kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment and utensils are in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. As a Steward Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing Steward's operation. Responsibilities include keeping all areas pertaining to the kitchen clean and safe at all times, assisting in training the employees, being familiar with cleaning agents, and assisting in conducting safety and employee meetings once a week. Other duties may be assigned.
