About The Position
We are currently hiring Shift Leaders and Restaurant Staff (Crew/Cashier/Cook) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, team-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth daily operations. $500 Starting Bonus Location: 14235 Mundy Drive, Noblesville, IN
Requirements
- Shift Leader: 2–5 years of restaurant experience
- Staff: 0–2 years experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service
- Prepare and serve food according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory
- Support team members during busy shifts
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth shift operations
- Assist with scheduling, training, and team coordination
