As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you set the example of excellent, friendly, and upbeat customer service, and lead the crew through your shift. Your day to day could include making subs, running the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift duties.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task while maintaining focus
• Effective communication skills with customers and co-workers.
