About The Position

Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is seeking hourly restaurant Shift Leaders for our location in Holladay, Utah. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to help lead the team to success in a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant environment, creating the “Ultimate Burger Experience” for our guests. Requirements

Has open shift availability.
Has ability to effectively communicate with the management team, team members, and guests.
Has a track record of working independently.
Exhibits good organizational and supervisory skills with the ability to prioritize.
Has good problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates very good people skills.
Has good conflict management skills.
Has the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, as needed.
Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
Exposure to temperatures less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit and more than 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
Must be at least 21 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
1+ year of work experience in a restaurant supervisory role or other supervisory role preferred.
