We're looking for friendly people to help us manage our multi-million dollar restaurants! This is a great way to learn the trade of the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager positions. Requirements

• Energetic person with management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or relative field.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Ensure Food Safety and Internal Communication.
• Manage Inventory and Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness.
• Manage Crew and ensure Quality Food Production.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service and ensure Safety and Security.
• Schedule and Train staff.
