Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years experience in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate team members with clear direction and high energy.
• Demonstrate superior customer service skills and act as a positive role model.
• Evaluate service breakdowns using guest feedback and data to improve service.
• Communicate service breakdowns and team plans in buzz sessions.
• Address service breakdowns immediately and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the team informed of property promotions and events.
• Develop skilled employees and set measurable service standards.
• Communicate and enforce company expectations and policies.
• Address employee performance issues and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain accurate employee records and complete performance reviews timely.
• Create an atmosphere of luck and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and monitor the dining room operations of assigned restaurants.
• Ensure outstanding service and food quality for all guests.
• Monitor restaurant staff attendance and maintain proper staffing levels.
• Inspect staff for proper uniforms and hygiene, and dining areas for cleanliness.
• Communicate with dining room and kitchen staff regarding business volume and special events.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings for restaurant staff.
• Observe staff to ensure compliance with Food & Beverage policies and procedures.
