About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Restaurant Shift Lead to support
daily operations and help lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced travel
center environment. This role is a great opportunity to lead shifts, support
team members, and ensure a smooth, guest-focused operation while working closely
with the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years or older
• 2+ years of restaurant or food service experience preferred, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to lead and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead by example during each shift to deliver outstanding guest service
• Supervise, coach, and support team members including Cashiers and Cooks
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and company compliance
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Assist with cash handling, transactions, and shift reporting
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and goal achievement
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for both guests and team members
