About The Position

The Restaurant Service Ambassador at Whataburger is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service while managing food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve customers cheerfully and deliver accurate orders on time.
• Prepare and deliver food products following quality standards for food preparation, handling, and food safety.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all shifts are covered and communicate issues to the shift leader, supervisor, or store manager.
• Operate the Point of Sale cashiering system and handle payments.
• Perform cleaning duties including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work environment.
• Present a well-groomed, uniformed, and professional appearance.
