Requirements

• Serving experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment.
• Food handling and food safety knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner and take their orders.
• Answer questions about menu items and suggest daily specials, drink specials, and desserts.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately.
• Serve food and beverage orders within established time frames once the entire order is complete.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are accurate.
• Complete all side work necessary at the beginning and end of every shift.
• Work with the entire team in the front of the house and the kitchen to ensure the guest has the best possible experience.
