About The Position
The primary purpose of the Restaurant Server is to provide guests with an excellent restaurant experience. The Restaurant Server will be tasked with various duties, including scheduling dining reservations, ensuring prompt and courteous service, answering telephone calls, greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, and addressing guest complaints. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and stock of dining stations, processing guest payments, and following safety and security policies.
