Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable as required.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Uphold restaurant policies regarding food safety and sanitation practices.
