About The Position

As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Server is to deliver exceptional customer service in the hotel's Restaurant outlets. This role is essential for creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our guests by creating a positive first impression with a warm smile and addressing guests by name whenever possible. This role is responsible for providing accurate and helpful information to guests, assisting in making informed decisions about food and beverage selections, paying close attention to guests' needs, anticipating any additional requests, and following table etiquette guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction. Key Components of the role will include: Maintain a friendly and attentive manner, providing excellent customer service to guests. Attend daily menu classes to stay well-informed about menu items, ingredients, and any updates or changes. Thoroughly inspect the assigned section to ensure the station is properly set up and organized for the evening. Regularly monitor tables to maintain cleanliness and ensure proper table settings are in place. Present menus to guests, provide knowledgeable answers to their inquiries and offer expert suggestions regarding food and service choices.
