Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is seeking a Restaurant server with a passion for hospitality and a flair for serving delicious food and drinks. Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional service and crafting unettable experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our Food and Beverage operation, greeting guests, taking orders, bussing tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Servers may also be required to prepare coffee drinks or alcoholic beverages. You will also be expected to ad to hygiene and safety standards and maintain cleanliness andanization while on shift. This position requires availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Individuals in this role will also require flexibility to support in multiple areas of the Food and Beverage division including The Tradition An American Kitchen, HeyDey Social Club, room deliveries and Banquet events as needed.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role
• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a team spirit
• Availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight, up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• TABC and Food handlers' certifications required
• Must be able to ad to hygiene and safety standards as well as maintain cleanliness andanization
