About The Position
Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is searching for a Restaurant Server to join the team. The coastal retreat with breathtaking views is situated along the beautiful Torrey Pines Golf Course overlooking the sunny shores of La Jolla. The property boasts almost 40,000 square feet of event space, 2 food and beverage offerings, and 394 guest rooms. Our team members love being a part of our award-winning culture. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least one year of high-volume food serving experience, flexible schedule, hotel experience is a plus. Shift Pattern \: open availability required, weekends and holidays are required The hourly rate \: $17.75 + gratuities

Responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
