SERVER at Destination GN and The Ridge Hotel Here is your opportunity to join the Lake Geneva area's premier restaurant and events team as a member of our professional front-of-house wait staff at the multi-award-winning Hunt Club Steakhouse, Turf at the GN Clubhouse, Crafted Italia and the poolside Deck Bar at The Ridge Hotel. In addition to serving food and drink at our restaurants, you may also be a Banquet Server at GN and The Ridge for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. Join our fast-paced, fun team serving handcrafted food and drinks to guests and GN Members while delivering memorable hospitality. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Know the venue’s food and drink menus inside and out – down to ingredients and origins. Engage with guests and artfully recommend wines/whiskeys/cocktails/beer that pair well with dishes and individual palates. Provide immediate attention to guests once seated. Accurately take and enter orders; deliver all drinks and courses at the appropriate times to ensure correct temperatures; and process payments. Take pride in our property. Perform set-up, cleaning and closing tasks as part of the restaurant’s core team. Value timely communication by keeping the Restaurant Manager apprised of special requests, special occasions or complaints and taking ownership to ensure that that all are addressed with care. Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
