Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or related hospitality environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and an outgoing personality.
Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple tables efficiently.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction with a proactive approach to service.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to remain on your feet for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service.
Capacity to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Assist guests by providing detailed information about the menu and answering any questions.
Take and accurately place orders in the system, ensuring clarity for kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and with attention to detail.
Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate timely and accurate service.
Support colleagues during busy shifts to enhance workflow and service quality.
Keep the dining area clean and organized, including clearing and resetting tables.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a welcoming environment.
Encourage the sale of specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance guest experience.
Inform guests about promotions and events that may interest them.
